Shipping policy

Adaa Studio relies on Bpost.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer while making the order.

Orders are delivered on working days (not on holidays) during regular business hours.

All stock items will be shipped within 24 hours (weekdays). 

Once your order is ready for shipping, you will recieve a tracking number by e-mail. 

The estimated delivery time depends on the country of delivery.
